Modules include an overview of radio service as a transmission media, how transmitters and receivers work, an overview of wave propagation and radio antenna systems. The information is introductory in nature and designed for all audiences. Students will acquire a basic understanding of radio communications theory.

This session will explore the now and future perspectives of a couple of bright spot technology options, together with the real-life white spot experiences of a system integrator, in addition to users from different critical communication industry verticals.
This course will provide students will the skills to be able to recognise the key elements and components of a typical AC/DC radio communication power system. Students will be able to demonstrate the principles and calculations for designing a basic DC power system and demonstrate the relevant procedures for safe inspection and testing of those systems.
